This is BMW OEM/factory NBT EVO Harman Head unit with BMW iDrive 5 or 6 operation system. An NBT EVO ID5/ID6 is a BMW iDrive system version, sometimes referred to as iDrive 5.0/6.0. Harman is an OEM head unit manufacturer to supply head units for Audi, Mercedes, BMW and many other well-known car enterprises. BMW EVO ID5/ID6 was first announced at the end of 2015, and some 2016 models came to the market already equipped with it. NBT EVO ID5/ID6 was developed as a successor to NBT and NBT EVO ID4 and has completely different hardware as well as a new user interface. If your BMW originally wasn’t equipped with it, it doesn’t mean you can’t have it. Our NBT EVO ID5/ID6 head unit is available for BMW 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 series and X1/X2/X3/X4/X5/X6 Series of Fxx and Gxx generations. This BMW NBT EVO head unit includes the latest version of the maps for your region to make navigating through the streets a breeze. In addition, the FSC activation includes such multimedia features as Video & Services in motion, Voice Control and BMW Apps. Our NBT EVO ID5/ID6 head unit also comes with an activated wireless CarPlay. This software lets you use iPhone apps like Apple Maps, Waze or Spotify on the native iDrive screen. And with the Siri functionality, driving can’t get any safer and comfier. To pre-code the system for your car, we will need only your car VIN number. So you will receive a preset EVO system coded for your car, and you don’t need to do anything else but just fit the system. Please be aware that some functions such as Remote Services, locking or unlocking the car with a smartphone, flashing the headlights or sounding the horn from afar, may not work in your vehicle due to such functions only appear on new car models or optional models which needs other systems to support. Please note that our units are slightly used but will be in very good condition and in full working order. Not all BMW models are eligible to upgrade this system.
